Mint Chocolate Mousse Tarts


  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 6 to 8 drops red liquid food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 (4-ounce) package ready-made mini graham cracker crusts
  • Garnish: fresh mint sprigs
  • 1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows*
