Minted Lamb Burgers with Feta and Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 7- to 8-ounce block feta cheese
  • 1 ½ pounds ground lamb
  • 8 onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 4 kaiser rolls
    • hummus
    • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
    • 1 tablespoon paprika
    • ½ cup fresh mint
    • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Mix first 7 ingredients in medium bowl; shape into four 4-inch-diameter patties. Heat olive oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
