Minty Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 ¹/₃ cup(s) all purpose flour
• 2 cup(s) mint chocolate chip ice cream - softened
• 6 tablespoon(s) butter - unsalted, softened
• ¾ cup(s) sugar
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) milk
• ¾ teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
• ¼ cup(s) powdered baking cocoa
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 ¼ teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
