Mississippi Mud Brownies


  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup reduced-fat semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 (16-ounce) can reduced-fat chocolate-flavored frosting
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 (20.5-ounce) package low-fat fudge brownie mix

Combine brownie mix, 2/3 cup water, and vanilla; stir well. Fold in chocolate morsels. Spread batter in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 23 minutes.
