Mixed Bitter Greens with Creamy Lemon Dressing and Pita Chips


  • 2 Belgian endives
  • 1 5-ounce bag baby arugula
  • 2 cup(s) pita chips
  • 1 head(s) of frisee
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup(s) plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 head(s) of radicchio e pieces
    • Salt and freshly ground pepper

In a large bowl, whisk the lemon juice with the mayonnaise. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking until blended. Season the dressing with salt and pepper, add the greens and pita chips, toss the salad well and serve.
