Mixed Cherry Tomatoes with Tamarind Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 2 teaspoons tamarind concentrate or balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 3 cups mixed cherry tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons mild honey
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    • ¼ teaspoon salt

Toast cumin and fennel seeds then coarsely crush using a mortar and pestle or an electric coffee/spice grinder.
