Mixed Fruit Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• ¼ c diced prunes
• ¼ c diced dates
• ¼ c diced dried apricots
• ¼ c diced raisins
• 1 t coriander
• 1 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese
• ¼ c sour cream
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 c chopped pecans
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1. Combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, sour cream and coriander; mix well. Stir in fruit. 2. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time. Serves 16.
