Mixed Fruit Granola

Ingredients

  • 6 cups uncooked regular oats
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup wheat germ
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup sunflower kernels
    • 1 ½ cups chopped mixed dried fruit
    • ¼ cup sesame seeds
    • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Combine first 9 ingredients; spread on 2 pans coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring 3 times. Cool. Stir in dried fruit. NOTE: Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
