Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 thick bacon slices
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 ounces soft fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 6 cups mixed baby greens

Sauté bacon in heavy large skillet over medium heat until brown and crisp, about 8 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels to drain.
