Mixed-up Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ (8-ounce) jar water chestnuts, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound assorted fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
    • 1 teaspoon celery salt
    • ½ (8-ounce) jar water chestnuts, chopped

Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms, and sauté 10 minutes.
