Mocha-Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • Crust:
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 3 (8-ounce) blocks fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter or stick margarine, melted

    • 1 (8-ounce) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • ½ cup Dutch process cocoa
    • 16 chocolate-coated coffee beans (optional)
    • 1/3 cup Kahlua (coffee-flavored liqueur)
    • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • ½ cup low-fat sour cream
    • 1 cup packaged chocolate cookie crumbs (such as Oreo)
    • Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 325°. To prepare the crust, combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss with a fork until moist.
