Mocha-Dark Chocolate Chunk Brownies

Ingredients

• ½ (3-ounce) bar dark chocolate, chopped (such as Ghirardelli)
• 1 ½ tablespoons instant coffee granules
• Cooking spray
• 2 tablespoons water
• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa
