Mocha Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 ounce(s) bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon(s) rum
  • 3 tablespoon(s) brewed coffee
  • 0.25 cup(s) light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 0.25 cup(s) plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.3333 cup(s) water

In a medium saucepan, whisk the water with the corn syrup, cocoa powder and sugar until smooth. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in the melted chocolate. Gradually whisk in the coffee and rum. Serve warm.
