  • 3 pints premium coffee ice cream
  • About 28 chocolate graham cracker squares or 60 chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1 2/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 cup toasted whole almonds, divided
  • 2 cups whipping cream, divided
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup melted butter, cooled slightly
    • ¼ teaspoon salt

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Put graham crackers or cookies in bowl of a food processor. Blend 1 minute, or until cookies become fine crumbs (you need 2 cups).
