  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate morsels
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 egg yolks
  • Garnish: powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup butter
  • Pinch of salt

    • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon instant espresso or instant coffee granules
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
