  • 1 large egg yolk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped, or 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoons finely ground coffee
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup orange marmalade
    • ½ cup (1/4 lb.) butter or margarine, at room temperature
    • ¾ cup sugar
