Mock Bolognese Ragù

Ingredients

• 2 finely chopped cloves garlic
• ¼ cup each very finely chopped carrot
• 1 cup finely chopped onion
• 3 tablespoons butter
• ½ cup cream or milk
• 3 cups Marinara Sauce
• ¾ cup red wine
• + 3 more ingredients
