Ingredients

  • ¼ cup each very finely chopped carrot
  • ¼ cup each very finely chopped celery
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cups Marinara Sauce
  • ½ cup cream or milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¾ cup red wine
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 finely chopped cloves garlic
    • 1 pound warm pasta
    • 1 cup finely chopped onion

In a large sauté pan melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
