Mock Mashed Potatoes Made with Cauliflower

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon(s) ranch dressing
• ¼ cup(s) parmesan cheese - shredded
• 1 cauliflower head, trimmed, cut into pieces
• ¼ cup(s) olive oil
• 1 tablespoon(s) rosemary - fresh, chopped
• ¼ cup(s) Asiago cheese - shredded
• 1 clove(s) garlic - minced
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 green onion - chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
