Mom’s Dalia

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup medium (# 2)grind bulgur
  • salt to taste
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic and ¼ inch piece of ginger, all finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon turmeric
    • ¼ cup whole mung beans, soaked in warm water for 30-45 min
    • ½ cup finely chopped tomato
    • 1 cup of cauliflower florets
    • ¼ cup diced green beans
    • 1 potato, diced ½ inch pieces
    • 1 carrot ,diced ½ inch pieces
    • ½ med. onion, medium diced
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 2 tablespoons ghee or 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for vegan version
