Mom’s Dalia
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup medium (# 2)grind bulgur
- salt to taste
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 5-6 cloves of garlic and ¼ inch piece of ginger, all finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

- ¼ cup whole mung beans, soaked in warm water for 30-45 min
- ½ cup finely chopped tomato
- 1 cup of cauliflower florets
- ¼ cup diced green beans
- 1 potato, diced ½ inch pieces
- 1 carrot ,diced ½ inch pieces
- ½ med. onion, medium diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoons ghee or 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for vegan version
