Momiji Oroshi


  • 3-ounce piece daikon
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Pureé daikon in blender with 2 tablespoons water. Strain the mixture and drain 5 minutes. Transfer daikon to small bowl. Whisk in cayenne and paprika.
