  • 2 pounds ground free-range turkey
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

    • ½ cup chopped fresh dill
    • 1 bunch green onions, chopped (green part only)
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • Freshly ground black pepper
