Mom's Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup(s) evaporated milk
  • 2 cup(s) solid pack pumpkin
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) ground ginger
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon(s) CINNAMON
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2/3 cup(s) Equal sweetener
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 deep-dish pie shell (9 inch )
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) ground cloves

Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl. In large bowl, beat eggs lightly until well mixed. Stir in pumpkin and dry ingredients. Slowly stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell.
