MOM'S SUPER EASY COLE SLAW
Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- ½ c. sugar
- ¼ c. vinegar
Blend all dressing ingredients together. 1/2 c. purple cabbage, grated 1/4 c. carrots, gratedUse 1/3 cup of dressing for each 1 cup of cabbage. There is preshredded cabbage mixture available at grocery stores which makes this a really quick side dish.
