Mom's Surprise Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 cup(s) cheese
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt
• 1 tablespoon(s) ketchup
• 1 ½ cup(s) milk
• 1 ½ pound(s) hamburger
• 2 tablespoon(s) chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon(s) dry ground mustard
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 cup(s) crushed cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg

Preheat oven to 325-350. Mix ingredients together except cheese. Place 1/2 of meat mixture in lightly greased bread pan. Place 1/2 C. of cheese down the center, top with the other half of meat mixture. Bake for about 40 minutes, then add 1/2 C. cheese to top and return to oven for about 10-15 min...
