Monte Cristo Strata (Nuwave-Flavorwave Ovens) Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 pinch pepper
• 1 pinch salt
• 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 25 slices swiss cheese, deli sliced
• 1 ½ lbs sliced virginia ham
