Monterey Green Beans


  • 4 ounce(s) mushrooms
  • ½ teaspoon(s) lemon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • ½ cup(s) Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup(s) green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 9 ounce(s) frozen green beans

In a saucepan, sauté onion in butter until tender. Add green beans, mushrooms, lemon pepper and salt. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until beans are tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
