Monterey Jack and Pear Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 t Salt
  • 10 oz. (1-1/4 cups) Brown sugar
  • 5 oz. (1-1/4 cups) All-purpose flour
  • 1 Ground nutmeg + for garnish
  • ½ c Lemon juice
  • 1 c Dark or golden raisins
  • 3 lb. 8 oz. Pears (about 7)
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 10 oz. (2-1/2 cups) California Monterey Jack Cheese, finely shredded
    • Ingredients:
    • 8 oz. (1/2 cup) Unsalted butter
    • Creme fraiche, lightly whipped for garnish
