Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¾ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ teaspoon lemon extract
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
