Morel Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
- ½ cup(s) stock from rehydrating mushrooms (more if needed)
- 1 tablespoon(s) garlic, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon(s) green onion, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 ounce(s) dried morel mushrooms
- salt to taste
