Morels with Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 cup(s) half and half
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley (optional)
- 2 ounce(s) good grating cheese, preferably parmigiano-reggiano (optional)
- 8 ounce(s) dry pasta: fettuccine, linguine or spaghetti

- 8 ounce(s) fresh morels, or more if you have them
