Ingredients

• ¾ cup(s) melted butter
• 1 package(s) German cake mix
• ²/₃ cup(s) evaporated milk
• 1 package(s) caramels (8 oz. package)
• 1 package(s) bag of chocolate chips (12 oz. package)
