Morton's® Vegetable Medley
- 1 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
- 3 cups shredded carrots
- 1 ½ teaspoons Morton® Seasoned Salt
- 1 ½ cups shredded zucchini
- 1 shredded Idaho Potato
- 1 tablespoon Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
1. Season vegetables with Morton® Natures Seasons® seasoning blend and Morton® Seasoned Salt. 2. Saute in butter (or margarine)/ oil combination stirring frequently, until tender-crisp, about 8 minutes.
