Mozzarella Tomatoes

Ingredients

• 3 cup(s) shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
• ½ cup(s) melted butter
• ½ teaspoon(s) oregano
• 4 tomatoes, sliced (medium)
• 8 cup(s) soft Bread Cubes
• 4 slice(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
• ½ cup(s) chopped celery

  • 2 Eggs, beaten

Place a single layer of tomatoes in a greased 9x13x2 baking dish. Set aside.
