  • 100g (3½oz) self-raising flour
  • 300g (10oz) rolled oats
  • 50g (1¾oz) desiccated coconut
  • 50g (1¾oz) sesame seeds
  • 100g (3½oz) pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • 125g (4oz) dried cranberries
  • 200g (6½oz) soft brown sugar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 200g (6½oz) unsalted butter
    • 125ml (4fl oz) golden syrup

1. Heat the oven to 170°C (gas mark 3).
