Muesli Cereal


  • 1 Tbsp toasted seeds, such as pumpkin, sesame, or sunflower
  • 1 Tbsp chopped nuts, such as almond, pistachio, or walnut
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup mixed dried fruit, coarsely chopped
  • ¼ cup rolled oats

1. Soak oats and dried fruit in 2/3 cup water in the refrigerator overnight. 2. Drain water. To serve, add almond milk and top with nuts and seeds.
