Muesli Crêpe Sandwich Filled with Fruit and Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) sugar
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup (180 mL) Milk
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
  • ¾ cup (180 mL) flour
  • ½ cup (125 mL) muesli
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • Butter, for cooking
    • 4 oz (125 g) Canadian Cream Cheese, softened
    • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Milk
    • 3 tbsp (45 mL) maple syrup or
    • honey
    • ¼ tsp (1 mL) ground ginger
    • ¼ tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon
    • ¼ tsp (1 mL) ground nutmeg
    • 1 Pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
    • 1 1/3 cups (330 mL) fresh fruit or
    • frozen fruit, defrosted
