Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ cup dried figs, chopped
  • ½ cup untoasted wheat germ
  • 1 cup whole wheat flake cereal (such as Wheaties)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seed kernels
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 2/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut, toasted
    • 2/3 cup chopped pitted dates
    • ¼ cup oat bran
    • ¾ cup slivered almonds
    • ¼ cup brown sugar

Combine first 13 ingredients in a large bowl. Add milk, stirring to combine. Cover and refrigerate mixture overnight.
