Multi-Grain Pasta with Sicilian Salsa Verde, Cabbage, and Haricots Verts
Ingredients
- 6 cups savoy cabbage
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 ½ cups Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- ½ 12-ounce bag frozen haricots verts (slender green beans)
- ½ 14.5-ounce package multi-grain spaghetti or whole wheat pasta
- ¾ cup Italian parsley
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- + 2 more ingredients

Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta cooking liquid.
