Multi-Grain Walnut Quick Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
  • 1-¼ cup non fat milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice or cloves
  • 1-½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup seven grain cereal
    • ½ cup finely chopped California walnuts
    • ½ cup brown sugar
    • 1-¾ cup all purpose flour

Preheat oven to 375F.  Grease and flour an 8 ½ x 4 ½ x 2 ½ inch loaf pan, or spray it with non-stick coating.
