  • 13-½ oz. (3 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 6 oz. (12 Tbs.) cold unsalted butter, cut in small pieces
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbs. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda

In a large bowl, stir the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
