Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 6 ounces sliced Canadian bacon
  • 6 slices multigrain bread
  • 9 large eggs
  • 7 tablespoons unsalted butter
