Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 ½ cups egg substitute
  • 12 ounces ciabatta, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 7 cups)
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages presliced mushrooms
  • 3 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • Thyme sprigs (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 8 center-cut bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
    • 1 ½ cups (6 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
    • 2 cups chopped onion
