Ingredients

  • 1 17 1/4-ounce package frozen puff pastry sheets
  • 2 quarts water

  • ¾ cup Sercial Madeira
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 large egg
    • 2 tablespoons 1-inch pieces fresh chives
    • 2 pounds fresh white mushrooms
    • 1 ½ cups water
    • 1 teaspoon salt
