Ingredients

  • 1 ripe California avocado
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 4 heads Bibb lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

    • 6 ounces mushrooms
    • 1 cup radishes
