Mussels in Saffron and White Wine Broth
Ingredients
- 1 cup clam juice
- 2 ½ teaspoons saffron threads
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 scallions
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 ½ tablespoons chives

- 1 cup dry white wine
