Mussels with Tomatoes, Jalapeño and Tequila
Ingredients
- 6 1/4-inch-thick slices jalapeño chili with seeds
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 5 garlic cloves
- ¾ cup tomatoes
- ½ cup green onions
- ½ cup celery
- ¼ cup tequila
