Mustard and Cheese Crackers

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • ½ pound Swiss cheese, coarsely grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons mustard seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup unsalted butter

Blend butter and cheese in a food processor until almost smooth. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until just combined.
