Nacho Cheesy Popcorn

Ingredients

  • Few shakes hot sauce, optional
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup unpopped popcorn seeds
    • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil

Heat the grapeseed oil in a large saucepan or soup pot over medium-high heat. Add the popcorn seeds and place the lid on the pan. Shake vigorously to coat the kernels with oil.
