Nana’s Sweet Potato Balls
Ingredients
- corn flakes
- marshmallow
- sweet potato or yams
Boil yams until soft. Strain water and mash yams. Season with salt, pepper and cinnamon to taste. Allow to cool. Once cool take yam mixture and surround a large marshmallow until marshmallow is completely covered. Once covered roll in corn flakes. Top with a dab of butter and cook at 350 for ...
