Nana's Sugar Cookie

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup(s) powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
• 1 teaspoon(s) cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 cup(s) Sugar
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 4 cup(s) flour
  • 1 cup(s) butter or margarine

Mix butter, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix well and then add dry ingredients a little at a time until gone. If mixture is too soft add more flour. Chill in refrigerator overnight then roll into balls and with a glass dipped in sugar press to slightly flatten. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golde...
